Habits of Success!

The latest winner of The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game. Shared a profound learning she had during the game. She told me the transformation that set her on the path to winning was to ask a very simple question. This one question completely redirected the daily actions in her game toward her Happy, Healthy, and Wealthy 90-day Goals.

The question was:

If a person has already successfully accomplished this goal of ________, what habits would they have?

Or said another way:

What habits will create the successful accomplishment of my goals?

Habits make up 80% of our day! We are operating in automatic behavior. We are on auto-pilot. We are just running through the same actions and thoughts like a hamster on a hamster wheel. (Yes, sometimes even you and I run faster thinking it will help - just like a hamster!)

Well, the fact of the matter is that habits are at the core of not only accomplishing anything. But also being able to maintain and sustain the accomplishment. No one wants to be a one-hit wonder.

You probably want and most certainly deserve sustained wealth, health, and happiness! Not just a glorious moment of it before you go back down into your "real" life.
