"Consider difficult people in our lives
as reflections of our own negative traits."
- Zohar, the sacred text of Kabbalah
At the start of every Happy Healthy Wealthy Game, I spend time explaining how the game is going to reflect back to you how you live your life. It becomes a giant mirror revealing to you what the secrets are to your success. The key to unlocking those secrets can be broken into two.
The first is that any true learning is going to take place through action and experience. Reading a book and knowing is not enough. Getting out on the field of life and putting knowing into action is the answer.
The second aspect of the key to unlocking the secret to your success is in noticing. Noticing what is working and doing more of that. Noticing what is not working and doing less of that. Sounds simple, but it is one of the hardest things to do.
The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game will reflect it all. And through action and awareness your eyes will be opened to the path to success.
Look for new games being announced this week!
Be well,

Is Being Happy, Healthy, and Wealthy Comfortable?
8:45 AM, Posted by Doug Miller, No Comment
There is a huge misunderstanding about comfort zones. Yes, a lot of people are stuck where they are. But it is not because they are comfortable. They hate their circumstances. They despise it. They want more, better, and different.
Their "comfort zone" is not the culprit. They are just really familiar with where they are.
No one is really comfortable being unhappy, sick and broke. They just know it really really well. It is familiar.
So, next time you think about comfort zones, chuckle to yourself and recognize that you are not comfortable at all. The reality is you are just really familiar with it.

The Three Answers to Any Goal, Dream, or Desire You Have!

These are the three answers when asking for any goal, dream or desire:
1. Yes!
This is everyone's favorite answer.
2. Not now.
Timing is everything.
3. There is something better!
Doesn't this answer make you smile! Something better? I wonder what it could be?
So, next time you are working towards a goal, dream, or desire, keep these three answers in mind.

What's so? So what? What's next?

When stuck in a rut mentally or emotionally, these three questions will help you "get off it" and get into action. And as I say consistently in The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game, "Action is the answer!"
What's so?
What are the facts of the situation - nothing else! Leave all your emotions, judgments, and opinions out. Asking "What's so?" generates a list of just the facts.
So what?
Stop! Is my mental and emotional reaction to the situation supporting me in moving forward or keeping me stuck? Asking "So what?" can assist "getting off it" and getting ready to move forward. This question can pull us out of the "Victim Game" and prepare us for the next question!
What's next?
All we really control over is what to do next! Even if there is nothing to do, this question can reveal our choice to let go and move on! What's next? After stopping the blame game with the "So what?" question. Asking "What's next?" gets us back into the accountability game.
Think of something you are stuck on and ask these three questions. Click on comment below and share your experience.

Live a Day at a Time by Robert Burdette

Live a Day at a Time
Robert J. Burdette
There are two days in the week upon which and about which I never worry-two carefree days kept sacredly free from fear and apprehension.
One of these days is yesterday. Yesterday, with its cares and frets and all its pains and aches, all its faults, its mistakes and blunders, has passed forever beyond my recall.
It was mine. It is God’s.
And the other day that I do not worry about is tomorrow. Tomorrow, with all its possible adversities, it burdens, its perils, its large promise and poor performance, its failures and mistakes, is as far beyond my mastery as its dead sister, yesterday.
Tomorrow is God’s day. It will be mine.
There is left for myself, then, but one day in the week-today. Any woman can carry the burdens of just one day. Any man can resist the temptations of today.
It is only when we add the burdens of those two awful eternities, yesterday, and tomorrow, that we break down.

Looking for a Million Dollars? Here you go...
11:07 AM, Posted by Doug Miller, No Comment
Here is a million dollar bill for you to print and tape to your ceiling.
In The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game we work with the players to train them to take actions based on the environments they create around them. The actions you take and the habits you have are a by product of what you are surrounded by. You are literally a product of your environment.
The environment is conditioning and programming your mind constantly. With this million dollar on your ceiling you are much more likely to go to sleep and wake up wondering about a million dollars. And the pictures we hold in our mind will predict and perpetuate our performance. In other words, we will act in alignment with the pictures we have in our mind. Picture a million dollar bill vs. an empty bank account.
This is one reason The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game is one of the most powerful personal growth environments on the planet today!
How to print the million dollar bill:
If you right click on the image, then you will see a list of options. You can save it and print it with one of your photo printing programs. Or you can open the image in a new window and print it from your web browser.
Click on "Comment" below and tell us what occurs for you as you go to sleep and awake with this image staring at you.
Create a game you can win, then play to win,
