Here I am with Joe Vitale from "The Secret"

3:12 PM, Posted by Doug Miller, No Comment

Here I am hanging out with Joe Vitale on his website. I'll tell you the story of how I got there in a minute. Joe is offering a great deal of bonuses for purchasing his latest book, "Zero Limits."

"Zero Limits" is an awesome book. The principles are simple and clearly explained. And Joe Vitale's writing continues to be inspiring and engaging. He is a rock star when it comes to grabbing your attention and holding onto it! CLICK HERE and check out the book and all the other bonuses he is offering for purchasing it (including mine).

I put together all the latest research I have been collecting over the last year and crammed it into an eCourse that I am giving away to people who purchase the book.

How did I get a chance to hang out with Joe on his website? The short version is that I intended it and than attracted it.

How did I do that?

Well, about 4 months ago I made a list of all the people that I want to be a part of my "Environment." Relationships is only one of the 9 different environments that are surrounding us everyday. We go through exactly what "The 9 Environments of You" are in The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game. Anyway, Joe Vitale is on my list. The list of people I want to attract into my environment. (Who is on your list? Have you written your list down or typed it out? Hint...hint...hint)

I then took action. I sent emails to him. They were seemingly ignored.

Then one day I got an email from his publicist asking if I would be willing to post something on my blog about his new book! I responded and now look! Here I am on his website hanging out with him! Well, kind of hanging out with him :)

Oh, by the way, click here if you want to check out my free eCourse. I am giving it to you just for reading to the end of this post. Enjoy!

Get what you want by creating a habit of eliminating what you don't want!

One challenge that I have for people playing The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game is to create a habit of elimination. Our bodies naturally eliminate on an ongoing basis. It is a powerful act of creating space for our goals when we create the habit of eliminating daily. Even the small act of eliminating one piece of paper can demonstrate our willingness to let go of the old and make room for the new.

Do you resist letting go of things? Check out my previous posts about this issue by CLICKING HERE.

What will you eliminate today? Tomorrow? The next day? etc... Click on "Comment" below and let go of it... tell us...

Still stuck, tune in next Tuesday morning to hear me talk about how The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game makes it fun and exciting to do stuff you know will bring you success. Register for the call and get everything you need by clicking here.

What would you see if money and I were on a date!

What is Your Relationship with Money?

This question got me thinking about the single best relationship I have in my life: My Wife Jennifer

So, I asked myself what is it that makes my relationship with Jennifer so amazing? I started thinking about the foundation our relationship. I started remembering our first dates! I smiled.

This got me thinking about money and my relationship with money. Do I treat money with the same level of respect that I give my wife? Hang with the metaphor here... because it will really start to reflect back to you how you relate with money.

Imagine this... write out the relationship you have with money using the metaphor of a date. (Think about how you treat money and how that would be reflected if you were out on a date with money.)

Here are some questions to get you started:
- Did I invite money to join me, or just expect it to show up?
- Do I open the door for money?
- Do I give money my undivided attention throughout the entire date? Do I keep track of money or just ignore it being distracted by other things?
- Do I plan an amazing evening filled with various events and fun things?
- Do I even offer to pick money up? Or do I expect money to meet me there?
- Do I tell money how great it looks and how happy I am to be out with money?
- Do I hide money for my friends and family if they are around?
- Do I pay for the tab or expect money to pay half?
- Do I take money home? Or put money in a cab?
- Do I walk money to the door?
- Do I politely tell money what a great night I had?
- Do I expect something from money at the end of the date?

You get the point. I could go on (and on)....

What if you were on a date with money, what would I see you doing?

One of the principles that The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game is based on is Awareness. (The other two are Action and Accountability.) The process above will get you thinking, reflecting, and seeing yourself more clearly. It is only when we see ourselves that we have the power to make changes that improve our situation and create the success we want. That is what The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game does! It reflects back to you exactly how you are living your life. How you do anything is how you do everything! The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game opens your awareness to see the tricks and traps that derailed and sabotaged you in the past. Then it gives you power to make it different this time.

As Jack Canfield says in the endorsement on the left side of this website,
"...think about this, if one year from now just by investing 90 days of your life, at the end of the year you are happier, healthier and wealthier, wouldn't that be worth any investment? Well, its not even expensive. So, I want to encourage you, participate in The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game. I did, many of my colleagues and friends did, and are very happy we did - And we are healthier and wealthier too."

Environments of Accountability in Goal Setting & Acheiving

10:58 AM, Posted by Doug Miller, No Comment

One of my goals this year was to transform my relationship to physical exercise. I reviewed past successes and asked this one simple question: What is the pattern that runs consistently through all my successes? (You may want to do this too!)

The predictable answers came up including: clear picture of success, dedication, consistent action, alignment with my values, people around me that supported me, various resources, proper mindset and beliefs, etc.

The one theme that caught my attention was "spiritually oriented." I noticed that when I engage in goals that I define as spiritual, I am much more engaged and likely to succeed. I must add that "spiritually oriented" is defined by me.

So, I then asked myself how could I make exercise a spiritual process? I let that question resonate through me for a while. Here is where the story gets good.

One day, I was on a consulting assignment helping a health food restaurant build their recruitment and training systems. In walked a sales person for a magazine. Somehow I happened to sit down with her for a few minutes. She was there to see if the restaurant wanted to do some advertising. In the process she gave me about 5 past issues of their magazine "YogiTimes." I scoured through all 5 issues and was completely inspired.

The answer to my question walked right up to me an dropped in my lap. Don't you love when that happens? It is the Law of Attraction at work. Yoga is spiritually orientated exercise. Yahoo!

I knew I needed to create a powerful environment around me (see my past posts on The 9 Environments of You) to support me in making this change. So, I approached YogiTimes about creating a blog. Months later we are launching The YogiTimes Blog. Please click on the link, sign up to stay posted and participate by writing comments on posts that interest you.

I can't give up on my Yoga practice now that I am so intimately involved with the YogiTimes Blog! For those that are interested, I have been consistently doing yoga nearly every day this year! I started small...microscopically small with one yoga pose a day. I used the Happy Healthy Wealthy Game to hold me accountable and the YogiTimes Blog. See how The 9 Environments of You work.

Namaste,
Doug Miller

PS: The Happy Healthy Wealthy Game is an amazing environment to create fun engaging accountability. If you want to understand exactly how powerful environments are, listen in to our next intro call. CLICK HERE and sign up.
