Some of you may or may not know that Marshall Thurber is 'Rich Dad' from the 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' book series. He is an educator, scholar, businessman, inventor, attorney, real estate developer, editor, author, and visionary. A list of his students includes such success stories as Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen of Chicken Soup for the Soul fame, the founder and creator of Paul Mitchell hair products, Ben Cohen, co-founder of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, Spencer Johnson, author of Who Moved My Cheese, Tony Robbins, Harv Eker, and Robert Kiyosaki.

Marshall's most recent work is a new program called The Success Secrets for the 21st Century. This course combines his experience from the past 30 years of living Buckminster Fuller's generalized principles with his new research in the concepts of network science and positive deviancy. Marshall teaches that in our networked world, the most effective way to run a profitable business is to employ 'win-win' strategies of cooperation that build integrity and foster social responsibility. Marshall has also assembled a group of successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, philanthropists, and other positive deviants in his year long program called The Positive Deviant Network. In this program, the members work with each other to put into practice the theories learned in Success Secrets and support each other in developing solutions for transformational change.

In this session, Marshall will discuss:

  • The Success Secrets of the 21st Century
  • Understanding Positive Deviance, Systems Theory, Network Science, & Dynamic Value
  • Abundant Based Thinking and How It Can Help With Your Happiness, Health, and Wealth
  • and Much, Much, More
